Heidi’s Health Kitchen® is committed to manufacturing and selling Delicious, Healthy, Plant-based, Gluten-free, and Raw foods. We also operate Hygienic Pop-Up Restaurants, and offer several types of Cooking Classes, Demonstrations, and Seminars that promote health and healing through the education of healthy eating and positive lifestyle choices, leading to a complete “Health Reformation”!
Heidi’s Health Kitchen® is established in an effort to:
- Produce Healthy, Delicious, Plant-Based Foods and Desserts.
- Educate People on the benefits of Plant-Based Foods, Natural Remedies, and Temperance through Cooking Classes and Health Seminars.
We offer instruction in "Health Reformation" and wish to teach and encourage people to incorporate More Raw, Living Foods into their diets. We sell Raw Foods, as well as Cooked Plant-Based Foods to make both of these Plant-Based options easily accessible.
It is a common misconception that meals and snacks that taste delicious are also very bad for you; or foods that are actually very healthy are bland and unappetizing. It is the goal of Heidi's Health Kitchen to turn this myth upside-down. Through our Pop-Up Restaurants, Local Cooking Classes, and Releasing Delicious, Healthy,Products/Foods, over the coming weeks and years, we hope to convince you that healthy food really can be delicious!
We believe that a Whole Food Plant-Based Lifestyle is a Wise Choice, with Scientific Data and Proven Results dating back to the Very First Health Study recorded in History, during the reign of King Nebuchadnezzar, and found in the Book of Daniel.

Heidi's Health Kitchen® is committed to sourcing Organic and/or Non-GMO Ingredients for all of our Products and Foods, in as many cases as possible (or wherever possible). We are constantly studying and experimenting to prepare simple, delicious and healthy foods.
We strive to reach the very highest standard of Excellence in producing and selling Plant-Based Foods and also educating people on “Health Reformation”.

Heidi Liv Tompkins Co-Founder, CFO, Product Development Mgr.
Heidi started her first cookbook when she was 8 years old which she named “Heidi’s Kitchen”. Her dream has always been to start an Adventist Hygienic Restaurant. Heidi has numerous years of Sales Experience which includes NYC Sales Experience, has been a Business Owner for several years, and has been trained by NETS (Northeast Evangelism Training School) as a Bible Worker, Speaker, Evangelist and Trainer. Heidi has had experience in each of these roles since she graduated from NETS in June of 2013.
Ivan Raj Co-Founder , CEO
Ivan hails from South India, and has over 10 years of experience in Sales (including sales experience in NYC), Marketing, Business Development and Management. Ivan has experience in handling IT clients from diverse backgrounds. He has a passion to reach out to the community to teach Health Principles leading to a Healthy lifestyle. He is also a Bible Worker and an Evangelist. He is a True Visionary and enjoys sharing the Love of Christ through Heidi's Health Kitchen and Bible Work.
